Our Culture
Through decades of industry experience, Allison Marine Services has developed an expert safety auditing system that provides specialized training for specific tasks, environmental training, and required training as mandated by governmental agencies at the local, state and federal levels.

Health, Safety and
Environmental Commitment

Preventing the endangerment, damage, and pollution to minimize Allison’s impact on the environment is one of our organization’s core values. Through efforts such as waste minimization, emission reduction and broadening our environmental awareness, we consider and protect each project’s individual area needs, including: sensitive areas and bio diversity; water; and air emissions.

Training
Every Allison employee is trained by our expert safety program and is assigned a safety program manual. Our manual is a living document, designed to Policies and safety situations covered include, but are not limited to environmental, safety standards, policies, procedures, person equipment, safety tools, rules and HSE responsibilities.


Reporting
All accidents and potential issues are reported. Statistics are compiled in a quarterly report and reviewed with immediate supervisors, management, and the Operations Department to proactively address trends and potential needs.


QA/QC
Creating and maintaining impeccable QA/QC standards is paramount. To achieve this, Allison is dedicated to providing project management to all undertakings, accompanied by necessary technical and engineering support. This allows us to ensure the highest levels of inspection and quality control, and deliver excellence to a wide array of projects and varied structural needs.
